What is testing-time?

Many functions of the ColibrìPBX telephone system are customizable. Custom messaging, queuing times, call transfer, addressing, etc., are generally defined by customer-specific ideas. All this, at the execution of the facts, may not respond to the initial request, making corrective action necessary. We are convinced that a telephone system is much more efficient when it conforms to the working style of the organization it serves. To achieve this balance, takes time. That is why in the 15 working days after the installation you will have the opportunity to test and modify the design of your telephone system. All this, we reiterate, at no extra cost.
