It’s an evolution of enormous potential. These complex systems however should be designed and run carefully. Otherwise, the risk is to transform the huge potential of technological evolution into something that could cause a slowdown in activity and a decrease in productivity. The quality of the networks therefore assumes a strategic importance for communication and information flow, both within and outside the company.
