  • ALARM CLOCK in the room.
    Alarms can be set from your phone or from your PC. You can also set group alarms in a few easy steps. And if guests fail to switch off the alarm, the system informs the hotel reception.
  • CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
    The PBX allows you to unlock the room phones during check-in and to block them again after check-out. When the room phone is locked is enabled to make only internal calls. Phones locking and unlocking is controlled by the hotel's management software.
  • RECEPTION
    When there is no one at the reception desk you can divert incoming guest’ calls to mobile phones or to another landline number.
  • DAY AND NIGHT INTERCOM
    It’s very functional for late night-hours. This intercom is associated with a mobile phone or a landline number, this way you can open doors to guests, just by using a mobile phone. You can also set a secret PIN and when you enter the PIN on the intercom keypad the door unlocks.
  • CALL FORWARDING AND DIVERSION
    It’s functional and practical when you have to handle bookings and other customer services from the outside: calls to one or more of the hotel’s lines can be diverted to a mobile or a landline number.
  • CORDLESS SERVICE
    Accommodations and hospitality facilities must often cover vast areas: restaurants, swimming pools, halls or multilevel structures. This system is set to enable hotel crews to communicate easily with other staff members or the front desk.
  • PHONE CALLS ACCOUNTING AND CHARGE
    Thanks to Colibrì switchboard you can calculate phone calls as well as record calls charges, either automatic or manual thanks to an email that gives the reception the details of the phone call and its costs.
  • PHONE LINES FOR GUESTS
    are used for customers who need to receive calls straight from the outside.
